It can take a long time to develop but if you think that you may have been exposed to Asbestos, it is important that you see your GP to have it put on your medical record.

If you have been exposed to asbestos as part of your job, you will be entitled to asbestos compensation made available through use of government acts put in place to ease the suffering of the innocent victims of these diseases.

If you have asbestos in your home, undisturbed it is relatively harmless, but if you want to remove it then it is important to follow the guidelines for safe methods or hire a tradesperson to ensure the safety of everyone who uses the space.
