Sometimes, we may not even be aware of it, but some of us, when under stress, have the tendency to grind our teeth. Prolonged or repeated teeth grinding, also known as bruxism, can wear our teeth down and cause them to be uneven or chipped. Although teeth grinding is difficult to control, especially if you do it in your sleep, you can lessen its effects by wearing a mouth guard or deliberately staying away from eating hard food.
